Drink more water, walk 10,000 steps a day, five (or seven?) fruit and veg, eat clean, eight hours sleep a night..
All great advice, in an ideal world. But it’s easy to forget that our minds need nurturing just as much as our bodies, and it could be argued that a healthy mind will do you more good than another carrot and kale smoothie...
Between work, family, and the constant buzz of notifications, carving out time for mental health can feel like a luxury. But dedicating even a few minutes each day to mindfulness can be transformative.
Listening to a podcast, reading an article or watching a short video on mindfulness is an act of self-care. These small steps help us pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. Over time, they create space for clarity, resilience, and balance.
To help you get started, we’ve compiled a Mindfulness Resource Guide filled with podcasts, videos, books, articles, websites, and apps. Think of it as a toolkit for finding your own space, no matter how busy life gets.
Whether you’ve got two minutes, two hours, or want to wade into a book (although hands up who’s unread book pile is getting out of control…), there's plenty of options to dip your toe, without commitment.

Mindfulness doesn’t have to mean hours of meditation or sitting in silence. It can be as simple as pressing play on a podcast during your commute, reading a short article before bed or trying a 10-minute guided video in the morning.
The key is consistency. Making space for yourself, even in small ways, every day. Over time, these moments of mindfulness add up, helping you feel calmer, more present and better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
