Achieve clarity, resilience
and wellbeing
(without the waffle)

In 2019, 25 Degrees North founder Steve faced a personal crisis of confidence.
Discovering mindfulness transformed his life, helping him feel calmer, less anxious and more balanced. Now, he shares practical mindfulness tools that empower others to achieve clarity, resilience, and wellbeing (without the usual crap that goes along with it).
We understand that for many men, the word mindfulness can sound unappealing. It might feel too abstract, too fluffy or simply not relevant to the challenges you face every day. That’s why our approach is different.
We don’t teach mindfulness as a lifestyle trend. We teach it as a practical skillset. real life, valuable tools you can use to handle stress, sharpen focus and build resilience in the real world.
Why men benefit from mindfulness
Modern life places unique pressures on men:
-
Work demands that blur boundaries between career and home
-
Expectations to perform and “hold it together” under stress
-
Limited outlets for talking about emotions or struggles
-
Constant distractions from technology and social media
Mindfulness doesn’t mean sitting still for hours or emptying your mind. It means learning how to notice stress before it takes over, respond calmly instead of reacting impulsively, stay focused when distractions pile up, build emotional resilience for tough situations and create space to think clearly and make better decisions. Makes a lot of sense, right?
Our approach
At 25 Degrees North, we really don;t have a lot of time for waffle. Honestly, we hate the ide aof sitting staring into space for hours, and we have too much to do to wander off to a retreat in Bali for a month. No, our approach ton mindfulness coaching is geared towards fitting around a real life lifestyle, and not making you feel daft while doing it! It's:
-
Straightforward and practical. No jargon, no unnecessary rituals, no gongs (unless you fancy them)
-
Grounded in real life. Tools you can use at work, at home, or at the automatic checkout at Tesco
-
Supportive but not preachy. A space where scepticism is welcome and questions are encouraged
We focus on helping you build skills that make a real difference in your daily life, whether that’s managing stress at work, improving focus in high‑pressure environments, or simply finding more balance in your personal life.
