down, reconnect, and build resilience, reducing stress and anxiety while enhancing
your wellbeing.
What to expect
The coaching agenda is driven by you, working through challenges defined by you arriving at solutions that work for you. Our coaching sessions are confidential and supportive, offering a safe space to explore ways ahead, whether you're seeking:

Our qualified coaches listen, guide, and gently challenge you, always with your goals
in mind.
How It works
Step 1: Free intro chat. We begin with a relaxed conversation to explore your goals and see if we’re a good fit. You’re welcome to ask anything.
Step 2: coaching sessions. We typically start with 6 x 1-hour sessions, held fortnightly online at a time that suits you (evening and weekend sessions are available). Each session is shaped around your emerging agenda.
Step 3: Practice between sessions. You’ll be encouraged to try simple mindfulness tools at work, at home, or wherever you need them most.
Step 4: Flexible Commitment. You’re free to pause or stop at any time. We check in at the start and end of each session. If you'd like to continue beyond the initial six, we’ll discuss options together.
