This short course, comprised of six 45-minute sessions, is designed specifically for young adults. It offers a safe space to explore practical mindfulness techniques that help deal with the stress of exams, build confidence in social situations, and help you make better choices when emotions run high. What to expect Over six weekly sessions, you’ll be gently introduced to: - Easy-to-learn mindfulness meditations you can use anytime. - Understanding stress and what causes it. - Practical ways to reduce stress and calm anxious thoughts. - Better breathing, helping you feel calmer and more relaxed. - Everyday practices that help you feel more grounded and at your best. How it works - Weekly live online sessions (via Zoom). - Audio recordings of guided meditations for home practice. - Friendly support from your tutor and course team throughout. INCLUDES ONE WEEK BREAK FOR FEBRUARY HALF TERM.
